With over 14 years of experience in action sports retail and customer experience, I've had the privilege of working on countless projects and building amazing teams while learning the retail formula. From building stores and hiring hundreds of staff to working with 80 different brands and athletes and traveling across North America, I've gained a wealth of knowledge that has taken me beyond the traditional retail experience.

I was driven to learn the backside of retail and pursued a career in wholesale/distribution, working with global brands and launching new products into the market. Product branding has been a major milestone in my career, and I'm particularly proud of my work with the YETI SNOWMX brand. We were pioneers in the motorsport industry, bringing a new sport, Snow MX, and new technology to the market. I was able to take a 360-degree approach to retailing, building an online store, dealer network, and engaging with high-profile athletes, energy drink brands, major sponsors, and snow check programs. We stood alongside mega brands like Polaris and Camso and made a name for ourselves.

My career has taken me to diverse projects and brand launches, ranging from cannabis to law firms. But then, something clicked, and I realized that I could use my skills and experience to help guide new businesses and entrepreneurs. I'm passionate about helping companies infuse their products/services with the soul and DNA that created them, and that's why I started my own marketing agency.
